Polymer dispersions as raw materials for food contact materials
Polymer dispersions are used as raw materials (binders) in many waterborne applications, for example, adhesives, varnishes and coatings, printing inks, nonwovens, paper and paperboard and textile finishing agents.
Polymer dispersions can be used for making materials and articles that come in contact with food, and producers should provide sufficient information about the product to ensure safety along the supply chain.
